Siho Chang has extensive experience in Korean, EP, and US patent prosecutions, appeals and many other IP-related opinion work regarding validity and infringement for various domestic and foreign clients. He is specialized in electrical engineering, telecommunications, and cellular standard-essential patents (SEPs). Siho Chang has a diverse academic background in electronics engineering, information communication, and law. He has also been licensed to practice in different jurisdictions including Korea, USA, and EP.
