In his daily work, Daniel Werner draws on his long experience as a professional patent consultant and on knowledge gained from a large number of cases successfully concluded in various fields of Intellectual Property: Patent prosecution, expert opinions regarding patent law or technology in patentability, validity and FTO matters, Competitive Intelligence as well as patent searches. He handles patent infringement and invalidity proceedings before the Unified Patent Court and German courts as well as opposition and appeal proceedings before the competent European and German offices.

Daniel Werner specializes in electrical engineering and information technology in general as well as in semiconductor technology, telecommunications and mobile communications, soft- and hardware, signal processing, electric machines, actuator design, and in parts of the manufacturing sector (e. g. textiles and fashion items).
