Adam is a solicitor in Forbes’ commercial department and is skilled in all aspects of commercial law, including contract drafting and
negotiation mergers and acquisitions and dispute resolution. He delivers practical solutions to help our clients achieve their commercial objectives.

As part of the specialist commercial team Adam has the support and experience of a well-established wider legal team who represent a
range of clients across various sectors including education.

Adam advises national and international clients across a broad range of sectors, particularly in the manufacturing, construction, retail, technology and digital sectors.

As part of his role, Adam has also assisted public sector institutions in construction, contractual and intellectual property
matters. Adam’s work ranges from drafting, advising on and negotiating commercial agreements, including the preparation of standard terms and conditions, non-disclosure agreements, bespoke software supply agreements and complex framework agreements, through to assisting clients in protecting and enforcing their intellectual property rights. Adam regularly supports clients with the preparation and filing of UK and international trademark applications, as well as prosecuting and defending intellectual property disputes.
