Rebecca qualified as a solicitor in 2021, joining Forbes as a newly qualified solicitor and being promoted to Associate solicitor in 2024.

She specialises in the drafting of Wills and Trusts, Probate, inheritance tax planning including advising in relation to Agricultural and Business Property reliefs and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Rebecca has particular experience in dealing with elderly and vulnerable clients and is highly regarded for her sympathetic and practical approach.

Rebecca obtained a Distinction in the (LLM) LPC and holds a First Class LLB (Hons) Degree. She is an Affiliate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers (formerly SFE).
