Karin Roberts specializes in regulatory matters with particular expertise in competition law. Karin has previously served as Deputy Head of Unit at the Swedish Competition Authority and has extensive experience in assisting companies with issues related to abuse of dominant position, cartels, and merger control. In addition to competition law, she has specific expertise in security law, including UDI, controlled products, protective security and sanctions, providing tailored compliance programs as well as strategic support during audits and internal investigations.

Karin works across various industries but has particular experience in sectors with high legal demands, such as pharmaceuticals, food, retail, security-regulated sectors, and manufacturing. She is frequently engaged as speaker in her respective areas of expertise at legal conferences in Sweden and internationally and is often engaged as a moderator.
