Tax advisor

Simona Mlýnek Štursová is a tax advisor collaborating with ROWAN LEGAL. She specializes primarily in tax and corporate law, as well as company liquidation. With experience in tax, accounting and corporate aspects of mergers and acquisitions, Simona focuses on advising clients on corporate income tax, personal income tax, VAT and property taxes.

Since 2015, Simona has been a member of the Chamber of Tax Consultants of the Czech Republic and she has signed the Ethical Codex of the Chamber of Tax Consultants of the Czech Republic and the Continental Professional Training Academy.

Previously, Simona worked in an international consultancy firm belonging to the big four and also she worked in the top Czech consultancy firms.
