Erden Gürden is the partner leading the dispute resolution and employment departments of the firm. He has over 15 years of transactional and regulatory experience in employment and labour law, capital markets, banking and finance, dispute resolution.

As one of the founding partners of OGB, Erden Gürden has a broad experience in legal sector both as in-house counsel, sole-practitioner, instructor and law firms. Throughout his career, he worked as legal counsel at Türk Ekonomi Bankası A.Ş and Zürich (TEB) Insurance Group, head of legal at Yatırım Finansman Securities, partner in other law firms.

In addition to his legal extensive experience, he has been instructing and tutors in the fields of credit contracts, labour law for bankers, cyber law and internet law, cheque law, warranties law, insurance law, changes in Turkish Code of Obligations and Turkish Commercial Code, technical staff training for insurance agents, bank cards and credit cards, orientation for new employees as well as employment law in the Bank Association of Turkey and in many private sector companies and banks.

For a period of time his articles about various legal subjects were published weekly at Businessweek Bloomberg Turkey.

In addition to his employment and labour law experience, he is also a well experienced litigator engaged in many complex dispute resolution cases, official referee at the courts of Istanbul; and is enrolled in the register of mediators regulated by the Ministry of Justice, managing the whole mediation processes of employment law disputes.
