Güryay Bingöl is one of the partners of OGB with his 15+ year experience covering cross border M&A and private equity transactions, joint ventures, corporate, IP, energy, construction, PPP law and technology law matters as well as dispute resolution litigation and arbitration.  

Güryay Bingöl has been involved in various complex and big-size transactions for domestic and multinational companies operating in different sectors including but not limited to construction, infrastructure, energy, real estate, financial institutions, IP and technology. Throughout his career, he has been representing private or administrative legal entities, strategic investors, as well as private equity funds in relation to their investments in or outside Turkey.  He has also extended his expertise by representing his numerous significant clients from different jurisdictions before local authorities, courts and international arbitration institutions.  

Güryay Bingöl has been teaching cyber law as a part-time lecturer at Bogazici University since 2016 and focuses on personal data protection and the rising fields such as smart contracts and blockchain technology.

Güryay Bingol is enrolled in the register of mediators regulated by the Ministry of Justice. Accordingly, he has acted as a voluntary mediator in several commercial or labour law related disputes and successfully managed the whole process.   

He is currently serving at the Board of Forum İstanbul. Besides, he is also listed as an arbitrator before the Energy Disputes Arbitration Centre (EDAC).
