Career

During the last decade, my career has been mainly focused on bank litigation, having directed some cases that have created a precedent before the Spanish Supreme Court. In this area, it is worth noting that I specialise in the defence of SMEs, large companies and institutional investors against financial institutions due to bad practices in the commercialisation of all types of products – especially derivatives, atypical financial contracts, stocks, etc.

My professional practice started in the areas of franchising, distribution, unfair competition, corporate conflicts and antitrust enforcement. This included litigation and arbitration matters and I also advised some of the most prestigious franchise networks at a national and international level.

My experience in complex issues, which combine civil and criminal proceedings and in some cases involve a large number of victims or an international component, has given me extensive knowledge in this field and an excellent reputation.
