Fieldfisher partner, I am responsible for the real estate department at the Madrid office.

A lawyer specialising in Property Law and real estate financing, I have over 10 years of experience advising national and international clients on all types of matters (transactional, financing, leases and complex real estate contracts).

My experience in real estate has led me to work with national and international funds and all types of real estate operators, such as SOCIMIs [REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts)], asset managers, and servicers; and my experience in funding has fostered a strong relationship with Spanish and foreign financial institutions.

Spanish and English.

Currently, I balance my professional career with teaching, being a professor in one of the most prestigious Master of Laws [programmes] in our country, taught by the IE (International Experience) Law School.
