Career
Habib is a Partner in the Litigation practice at BSA LAW, based in the Abu Dhabi office.
Practising in the UAE since 2000, he specialises in a wide range of litigation matters including civil, criminal, commercial and Sharia law. On a day-to-day basis, he advises BSA LAW clients on drafting legal memorandums and contracts, attending expert meetings and arbitration sessions, and providing both verbal and written legal consultations.
Habib has particular experience in matters relating to banking law, commercial companies, property, insurance and reinsurance and compensation claims. He has successfully concluded numerous settlements on behalf of BSA LAW clients. His work also includes advising on pre-litigation strategy and helping shape dispute resolution plans that lead to positive outcomes.
Education
Habib holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Khartoum-Faculty, Sudan.
