Managing Partner

Jimmy is the Managing Partner of BSA LAW, based in the firm’s DIFC offices in Dubai.

He specialises in corporate, commercial, and real estate transactions, bringing almost two decades of experience in the region.

Jimmy’s expertise includes local, regional, and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, local IPOs, and real estate projects and developments.

After five years with Clifford Chance Dubai, Jimmy joined BSA LAW as Managing Partner, focusing on developing the firm’s practice areas with an emphasis on corporate, commercial, and real estate law.

He was among the legal pioneers who led the development of the regulatory framework for the real estate sector in Dubai. Jimmy has advised on and assisted with numerous projects, including the first long-term lease real estate project, two major developments in Dubai, and many projects within Emaar Real Estate Developments.

In addition, Jimmy contributed to the development and enhancement of the Strata regulations in Dubai and the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
