Lara is a Partner in BSA LAW’s Corporate and M&A practice, based in the firm’s DIFC office in Dubai.

Holding a Master’s in Law specialising in Sustainable Development Law from Université Paris Descartes, Lara has led teams in numerous high-profile and high-value transactions for well-known international and regional clients across a broad range of industries.

Active across the Middle East, Lara works on projects in oil and gas, real estate, hospitality, aviation, healthcare, education, technology, and renewable energy sectors. She is highly experienced in complex international business transactions, covering mergers and acquisitions, private equity, dispositions, strategic investments, joint ventures, entity formation, and general corporate advisory work.

In M&A, Lara’s expertise spans structure, strategy, negotiation, and documentation, delivering cost-effective due diligence investigations across diverse industries. She represents clients on both sides of transactions.

Lara also regularly advises on drafting commercial contracts, government procurement, agency agreements, sponsorship, distribution, franchise, and sale of goods and services agreements. This includes providing commercial agency advice and collaborating with BSA LAW’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution teams when required to mitigate claims and negotiate terminations.

Lara holds Master’s in Law specialising in Sustainable Development Law from Université Paris Descartes and an LL.B from the Lebanese University.
