Shaaban is a Partner in the litigation practice at BSA LAW, based in the DIFC office in Dubai.

With over three decades of experience since beginning his legal career in 1991, he brings deep expertise across a broad spectrum of litigation. His areas of specialisation include construction and infrastructure, insurance and reinsurance, debt recovery, maritime law, commercial disputes, civil litigation, contracts and real estate-related matters.

Shaaban advises a diverse range of international clients, including multinational corporations, real estate developers, insurance and reinsurance firms and oil and gas companies.
