Arsalan is a Partner and Head of Banking & Finance. He is based between the firm's DIFC and Muscat offices.

Practicing since 2009, Arsalan specializes in both Islamic and conventional finance, including bilateral and syndicated project finance, acquisition finance, Islamic product development, cross-border financing, and financial restructuring. His primary focus is advising financial institutions, banks, investment companies, finance companies, and borrowers on banking and finance matters.

He also advises clients across various industry sectors on private equity investments, power projects, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, as well as real estate and hospitality matters. He frequently represents blue-chip clients seeking advice on commercial agency law, company law, and competition law. Arsalan regularly provides legal advice and opinions on free zone regulations, employment law, securities law, insurance law, and foreign investment laws.

Arsalan is a barrister-at-law and has been called to the bar of England and Wales at Lincolns Inn, UK. He also holds an LLB from the University of London, UK and has completed his Bar Vocation Training Course from City University in London.
