Per Lidman is working primarily with issues linked to intellectual property law and commercial transactions, and with technology-intensive companies and their legal issues in general.

Per has national responsibility for and lead Setterwalls’ Life Sciences team, and is in the same way responsible for trademark and marketing law issues. He is experienced at handling i.a. patent- and trademark litigation where issues are dealt with in several jurisdictions in parallel.

Sectors where Per has particularly relevant experience include pharmaceuticals and medtech, foods and high-technology companies in general. His experience as general counsel at a Swedish listed company in the biometrics sector and as previous Managing Partner at Setterwalls has given him valuable insights into the needs of clients, from the client’s viewpoint. Commercial contracts, including those in an international environment, constitute an exciting and stimulating part of Per's everyday work. He regards understanding the client’s business and goals as necessary for being able to deliver to the point and pragmatic advice.
