He is primarily part of Setterwalls' tax, corporate and M&A practices.

His work often spans the full transaction cycle – from structuring and due diligence through execution and post-closing integration – blending tax expertise with corporate law insight to deliver commercially grounded solutions. He regularly advises on private and public transactions, reorganisations and incentive programs, often with cross-border elements. His work also includes shareholders' agreements and other shareholder matters, corporate taxation, advance tax rulings, tax litigation and ongoing advisory work within the fields of tax and corporate law. He also has experience in private client work, including managing cross-border tax matters.

In addition to client work, he lectures each term on an advanced tax law course at Lund University.
