Jesper Kuschel is a partner in the firm and for more than 20 years, and he is the head of the banking and finance team at the Gothenburg office, and of the German desk. Jesper has worked mainly with banking and financing issues, often within private equity, real estate and the automotive sector.
He assists Swedish and international companies, institutions and banks in financial transactions, such as financing acquisitions, loan transactions (bank loans and bonds), project financing, negotiation of derivative contracts, etc. Jesper also assists banks and other financial institutions with finance regulatory issues. Jesper also has substantial experience from real estate transactions.
