Real Estate and Tenancy Law, Mergers and Acquisitions

I am a partner in Setterwalls’ M&A Real Estate group. My responsibility at the firm is to lead the team that assists domestic and international clients in real estate investments in the Nordic region.

I have worked with real estate related investments, transactions, projects and joint ventures for more than 20 years. I have been involved in several of the largest and most complex and high profile projects in these areas. Many of the projects I work on have an international dimension.

In my day to day work I also assists clients in real estate matters related to investments such as land parcelling, negotiations regarding lease agreements, environmental matters, development agreements, property related disputes, usufruct and easement matters.

I have extensive experience and understanding from matters within sectors such as retail, hotels and leisure, residential, offices, logistics, infrastructure, energy and healthcare.
