Carl typically assists major banks and other significant financial institutions, as well as borrowers, issuers and investors, in connection with domestic and cross-border acquisitions, leveraged finance transactions, investment grade lending, real estate financing, project financing, asset financing, bonds, and other debt instruments. He is also highly skilled when handling clients’ complex workouts and restructurings, and often liaises with the Insolvency, Restructuring & Bankruptcy Group to provide holistic and integrated advice to prominent clients.
