Position

Since 2008, I have worked with various types of debt financing transactions.

I assist banks/financial institutions, borrowers/issuers and investors in connection with domestic and cross-border acquisitions and other leverage finance transactions, investment grade lending, real estate financing, project financing, asset financing and bonds and other debt instruments. I also have extensive experience from workouts and restructurings. Prior to joining Setterwalls in 2017, I worked for almost ten years at another leading banking and finance law firm in Stockholm.

Recent stand-out work saw co-heads Jörgen Axelsson and Ola Grahn  closing major deals in the pharmaceuticals sector, while co-head Marcus Nivinger led on impressive listings in the energy sector. The group is also highly active in the technology sector. Carl Lindencrona‘s debt capital market practice focuses on investment-grade issuances.
