He specializes in representing clients in complex regulatory, civil, and criminal proceedings before state courts as well as criminal and administrative authorities in Switzerland and abroad. He has extensive experience in conducting internal investigations and advises corporate clients on all aspects of compliance, with a particular focus on financial market and white-collar crime. He also has broad expertise in confidentiality and data protection laws and assists clients in cross-border data protection matters.
