Partner. Alexander Wherlock is co-head of Homburger’s Technology and Digital Economy team. He specializes in financial markets and banking law. He regularly advises on banking supervision, the regulation of complex financial products, anti-money laundering and financing transactions. He also has considerable expertise and experience in the areas of crypto-regulation, FinTech and the digitalization of financial services.
