Counsel. Dilber Devitre specializes in international arbitration. She has broad experience as counsel and arbitrator in international arbitration proceedings. She has been involved in more than 40 arbitration proceedings under various arbitration rules (ICC, ICSID, Swiss Rules, LCIA, MCIA, Luxembourg Arbitration Centre etc.). She is experienced in disputes arising, inter alia, out of M&A transactions, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, agency and distribution, and international sales contracts. She is the co-chair of the marketing committee of Swiss Arbitration and a board member of ArbitralWomen.

Junior associate at Paris and Swiss law firms in 2014; joined Homburger in 2016; became Counsel in 2024.
