Dahae Roland is a partner in Delphi’s practice group Tech & IP and also leads the firm’s specialist group for gaming and esports. Dahae primarily advises on commercial transactions involving various tech solutions – ranging from the procurement and sale of hardware and software to IT consultancy services, SaaS agreements, and digitalisation projects. She also assists clients with outsourcing and business-critical IT deliveries. In the gaming industry, Dahae represents developers, publishers, and investors in matters related to publishing and development agreements, licensing, and distribution. Dahae has previously been seconded to the leading South Korean law firm Yulchon.
