Criminal Defence & Investigations

Frederike is part of the Criminal Sanctions Law and Internal Investigations team. Within the team, she deals with environmental criminal law, working conditions enforcement, fraud cases and economic offences. She also enjoys immersing herself in international criminal law. She specializes in criminal defense.

Frederike is driven, analytical and committed in her approach. She makes sure she knows the case well and asks the right questions. She remains calm and level-headed even when matters are urgent.

Frederike studied law at Maastricht University, the University of Amsterdam and Columbia University in the City of New York. She is part of the Dutch Leadership of the Women’s White Collar Defense Association.

Frederike is a member of the Dutch Association of Criminal Lawyers (NVSA), and the Environmental Law Association (VMR). She regularly lectures on topics of environmental criminal law.
