Ivor is the Head of the London Office of William Fry. He is a Corporate Partner with significant transactional expertise in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and shareholder structuring matters, corporate reorganisations and venture capital/debt. Ivor has particular experience in advising technology clients.

Brian Butterwick

Brian is a Partner in William Fry's Corporate / M&A Department, based in our London office. Brian advises on a broad range of corporate matters, with extensive experience in public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, IPOs and other capital markets transactions. In addition to transactional representations, Brian also advises clients on governance matters and ongoing regulatory compliance.

Trish is a Senior Associate in our Corporate / M&A department and holds Bachelor of Business and Law (BBL) from University College Dublin.
