- Represented Privinvest Holding Group before the Supreme Court, defending the decision of the Athens Court of Appeal against an action for annulment filed by the Hellenic Republic against an ICC award from 2017, resulting in an indemnity award for Privinvest in excess of €250m.
- Acted for Skyserv Handling Services and Athenian Engineering in four cases against the Athens Association of Public Notaries before the administrative courts, regarding fees it imposed in a 2009 transaction for the privatisation of the flag carrier airline of Greece.
