Heidi López is a partner in the International Arbitration and Litigation Department of Uría Menéndez. She joined the firm in 2007 and from March to September 2012 she was seconded to the Paris office of Bredin Prat.

Heidi has participated in more than seventy international commercial and investment arbitration proceedings with seats in multiple jurisdictions, both ad hoc and under the rules of various international arbitration institutions such as the ICC, LCIA, ICSID and CAM. Heidi also acts as arbitrators in cases administered by national and international arbitration courts.

She handles cases under the legislation of several countries, of both civil law and common law, in Spanish, English and French. Heidi has notable experience in complex dispute across a number of sectors, with particular focus in energy, construction and corporate disputes.

Heidi is also a pro bono counsel for an international cooperation foundation.
