We have taken steps to ensure that we offer everyone the opportunity to succeed by valuing the individual experiences and unique talents that each person contributes to the legal profession.

Our team has professionals admitted to practice in jurisdictions throughout Europe and the Americas.

To better serve our clients, we have four dedicated foreign desks:

French Desk

Our French desk relies on a team of attorneys and legal experts fluent in French, with in-depth knowledge of the legal and cultural context, and who foster close professional as well as personal ties with France. Our team brings significant experience in France and Italy with lawyers admitted to practice in both countries. The team is led by Laurence Bulan, who is admitted to practice in France with both a full legal education and work experience, and Luigi Cascone, who has both Italian and French degrees as well as experience working with both countries.

For over 10 years now, French companies and top managers investing in Italy, or with interests in Italy, have relied on our French desk for assistance and advice.

German Desk

Our German desk serves business clients from Italy and from German speaking countries. In either case, we speak their language and know their way of thinking – and are likewise perfectly at home in both countries’ ways. We handle cross border operations with the same speed and efficiency as any domestic operation, with a focus on M&A, corporate, commercial law and business contracts, and employer-side top-tier labour law issues.

Our German Desk has been headed since 2004 by Martin Hartl, formerly a partner in a top German law firm who, at the start of his career, completed a full legal education both in Rome (laurea and esame di avvocato) and in Munich (two State Exams and doctorate).
