Show Chen is a well-experienced attorney with substantial experience in corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, contract and joint venture review, foreign direct investment, civil and commercial litigations. Show received a dual LL.M. from New York University (NYU) and National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2010. She practiced law in Taipei for more than 14 years and worked for a foreign-legal-affairs-attorney firm for years. She represented corporate and individual clients from Singapore, Germany, the U.S., Hong Kong and Mainland China (PRC) in extensive industries including wind power & solar energy, biotechnology and medical care, media and press, cargo logistics, OEM/ODM semiconductor, electric machinery, electronic components and tourism. She is now based in Kaohsiung City.
