Prior to joining Deloitte, she worked for one of South Africa’s largest banks, a globally diversified mining company and an international private practice specialising in corporate finance and banking and finance transactions.

Her transactional experience includes advising clients on the execution of large value deals, in support of business strategy, across various sectors.

She also advises clients on all aspects of corporate and commercial law including conducting due-diligence investigations and corporate governance issues.
