Deloitte Legal Practice Leader Slovenia

Uroš Rožič is the Legal Practice Leader in Deloitte Legal Slovenia. He is specialized mostly in banking and financial law, corporate law with a focus on advising several companies in business start-ups, corporate compliance, restructuring and reorganization of companies, and mergers and acquisitions. He has also been the Chairman of the Board of Directors, or Supervisory Boards, in different companies and various sectors. Uroš holds a Master of Science degree in Tax Law from the Faculty of Law at the University of Maribor and still stays in contact with the academic world as a lecturer.
