Mirjana Mladenović is an independent attorney at law, practicing in cooperation with Deloitte Serbia. She has over fifteen years of experience in working as corporate lawyer. Prior to joining Deloitte and establishing her own practice, Mirjana worked for leading law firms in Serbia. Her legal background is diverse however she predominantly focus on M&A, corporate, insolvency & restructuring.

In her professional carrier, Mirjana worked on the most prominent transactions in Serbia, and Montenegro as an advisor of large international clients as an advisor of large international clients as well as domestic clients.
