Srđan Šijakinjić is an independent attorney at law in cooperation with Deloitte Serbia, qualified to practice in Serbia and in Montenegro. He is experienced in advising domestic and international clients in areas of real estate, corporate and labor & employment law.
Srđan has participated in numerous due diligence processes and transactions across various industries, and supported clients in NPL transactions. He has also assisted clients in projects of development, sale and lease of real estate. Furthermore, he has provided support in planning and implementing redundancies and structuring relations with management and employees after acquisition of businesses in IT, pharma, food & beverage, beauty and mining industries.
Mr. Šijakinjić’s expertise also include advising clients in relation to finance and banking regulation.
