Diana coordinated M&A projects assisting both sell side and buy side clients during the due diligence phase, structuring the transaction and acquisition/divesting process. She also assisted clients during merger, demerger and spin-off processes by helping them in designing the process, drafting the relevant documentation, representation in relationships with the authorities, negotiations with creditors, implementing the process from an operational perspective etc. She advised various local and international clients in identifying and implementing solutions for restructuring their company’s activity.
