Position
Philippe Bärtsch is a Vice-Chair of our International Arbitration Practice Group and a Co-Head of our Sports Practice Group. He represents clients in complex international commercial, investment and sports arbitration matters as well as in setting-aside proceedings before the Swiss Supreme Court. Philippe is highly recommended by the legal directories, both as an arbitration and as a sports lawyer.
Experience:
- Counsel and arbitrator in more than 100 complex commercial arbitrations seated in common law and civil law jurisdictions worldwide, involving a wide array of matters and under many different laws
