Camilla is a partner in our Transaction department and has extensive experience with financing transactions and debt structures within a number of sectors. Among her specialities are various types of asset financing (including ship financing), acquisition financing, project financing and corporate financing, both in the traditional bank financing space as well as in the high yield bond and direct lending markets. She assists both domestic and foreign borrowers and issuers, sponsors, investors, agents, lenders and managers.

Camilla joined Schjødt in 2004. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Oslo and King's College in London. She is ranked as leading individual in Legal 500.
