Søren is a partner in the Industry department. He specializes in urban development projects and public-private cooperation. He acts for regional and local authorities, for private businesses as well as for self-governing institutions. Søren is often relied on to establish legal structures and agreements that can facilitate complex public-private projects about, e.g., climate adaption, urban development, healthcare innovation and nursing homes.

Sørens's principal areas of work are public procurement, public regulation, state aid, foundations, contracts and real estate. Søren has experience from a previous employment as in-house real state development lawyer. He is a graduate from the University of Copenhagen, he has been a lawyer since 1999 and admitted to the High Court since 2000.
