Kristýna Tupá is a Counsel at Schoenherr Czech Republic and a member of its banking & finance team since 2022. She has participated in various transactions in the area of domestic and cross-border debt finance, including acquisition, real estate and general lending transactions as well as bond financings and refinancings and restructurings across a variety of sectors. She advises major banks on the lender side as well as companies on the borrower side as well as major financial institutions and corporations on Czech financial regulations. In addition, she assists with licensing procedures vis-à-vis the Czech National Bank and provides comprehensive advice on the provision of cross-border services. A qualified lawyer in both the Czech Republic and New York, Kristýna obtained her Mgr., JUDr. and Ph.D. degrees from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and her LL.M. degree from the University of San Francisco.
