Martin Kubánek is a partner in Schoenherr's Prague office, where he specialises in all aspects of corporate and real estate transactions, including m&a. In his over 25 years of transactional experience, Martin has been involved in numerous strategic foreign investments into the Czech Republic, particularly in the automotive, real estate, media, insurance, heavy industry and telecom sectors. He also has extensive experience in advising real estate developers and investment funds, and acting for major logistics companies and retailers. Martin holds law degrees from Charles University in Prague. Before joining Schoenherr, he was a partner in Gleiss Lutz's Prague office, of which he was a co-founder.
