Stipe Jozic specialises in advising listed and privately held companies, shareholders, and investors in the areas of corporate law, commercial law and national and international transactions (M&A | Private Equity | Joint Ventures). Additional areas of practice include corporate restructuring, financial law, public procurement and general contract law. Stipe Jozic deepened his expertise by obtaining a Masters Degree (LL.M.) in International Finance Law from the University of Sussex (UK). Stipe Jozic worked as an attorney-at-law for a leading international business law firm in the areas of corporate and M&A before joining valfor. He also works as Notary Public in the Zug office of valfor, with a special focus on corporate notarizations.
