Commercial property: the department deals with a range of commercial matters including acquisition and disposals of retail pharmacies, leases and lease renewals, development, planning applications/change of use, secured lending certificates of title, sale of alcohol and entertainment licensing, and agricultural land and buildings. The client base consists of dealing with multinational PLCs, private limited companies, partnerships and sole traders.
