James Quirke graduated from University of Limerick (BA Law & Accounting) in 2010 and qualified in Ireland in 2014. He became a Partner at McCann FitzGerald LLP in 2017. James advises on all aspects of corporate taxation including the structuring of domestic and international reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions, cross border tax planning and corporate restructurings.

He also advises on employment related taxes, tax issues arising in the context of insolvency and property related matters and the tax consequences of doing business in and from Ireland.
