Donncha Sexton graduated from University College Cork (BCL) in 2013 and Trinity College Dublin (LLM) in 2014 and qualified in 2018. He is currently a Senior Associate at McCann FitzGerald LLP, which he joined in 2016 as a Trainee. Donncha is an experienced corporate associate with a broad practice spanning multiple sectors, and particular expertise in M&A and investments within the renewable energy industry. He has advised leading market participants across the energy sector and brings extensive project experience to complex transactions. Donncha is a trusted adviser on corporate M&A matters, including acquisitions and disposals, as well as on investments, joint ventures, and refinancing transactions.
