Viktor primarily works with contract and corporate law issues with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A). He has extensive experience of both domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and represents both buyers and sellers in all types of M&A transactions.

In addition, Viktor has particular experience in negotiating commercial agreements and as a trustee and arbitrator in compulsory acquisitions of minority shares in both private and public companies.
