Career

Christian Lundgren specialises in Danish and international mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital markets, company law, and regulatory matters.

Over the years, Christian has advised on several landmark and trend-setting transactions in Denmark, including within energy, life science/medico and the financial and industrial sectors. He also frequently advises Danish businesses on acquisitions and other transactions abroad.

The transactions are often “once-in-a-lifetime transactions” where the involvement of experienced advisers is crucial. Christian's clients therefore include several Nasdaq Copenhagen C25 companies, leading foundations and "family offices", and other leading Danish and international businesses. His advice is typically aimed at the top ownership and management levels of the businesses.

Christian has also advised on various regulatory matters which have decisively influenced company and capital markets regulation in Denmark.

At the heart of Christian's advice lies a powerful combination of thorough knowledge of the law and an innate understanding of clients' commercial needs, aiming always to attain client targets quickly and accurately.
