Her expertise covers the due diligence of real estate portfolios, drafting SPAs, pre-agreements and reservation agreements, and providing guidance on complex real estate matters including planning and zoning law issues. In addition, Dora is actively involved in negotiating and drafting of commercial lease or mixed agreements, and real estate management contracts, including those for hotels. Dora is also experienced and regularly involved in employment law, advising national and international clients, as employers, on all types of individual and collective employer-employee relationships, as well as benefits and compensation related issues. In the context of M&A transactions, she maintains substantial experience in advising on complex issues arising out of the transfer of undertakings and the application of the TUPE provisions, as well as on all potential labour law issues faced by the target company.
