Dzhamil Oda is a member of the European law and competition and the sports and entertainment teams. He is also a member of Team Genesis. In the context of European law and competition practice, Dzhamil actively intervenes in merger control procedures, State aid (notably in matters related to European Structural and Investment Funds) and competition related litigation. Dzhamil also represents clients before European institutions. He regularly advises the energy sector, particularly on regulations and compliance.
