The team at Janson advises across the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious restructuring and insolvency matters, with a particular focus on handling distressed M&A, advising debtors on pre-insolvency reorganisation and liability management initiatives, and acting in asset recovery claims as well as contentious insolvency proceedings.
