The fraud and white-collar crime capabilities at Janson range from assisting clients with investigations to defending them before various courts and authorities, with matters relating to financial fraud, money laundering, and insurance fraud, amongst others. ‘Excellent white-collar crime lawyer’ Céline Masschelein leads the team together with François Koning, who is well-versed in anti-money laundering.

The team at Janson advises across the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious restructuring and insolvency matters, with a particular focus on handling distressed M&A, advising debtors on pre-insolvency reorganisation and liability management initiatives, and acting in asset recovery claims as well as contentious insolvency proceedings. Cedric Alter leads the team and is well-regarded for his ability to advise distressed companies on preventative restructuring measures.
