Shane leads our firm’s Employment & Benefits group. He is a specialist in all aspects of employment law, advising public bodies, commercial entities and regulatory organisations on both contentious and non-contentious matters.

His work spans strategic advice to senior management and boards on reputation management, organisational restructuring, governance, litigation and engagement with Government authorities. He also supports HR teams on operational issues, including industrial relations, policy development, investigations, compensation and benefits, and the full lifecycle of the employment relationship—from recruitment through to dismissal, termination, or retirement.

Shane also represents his clients in all litigious fora during complex contentious matters in the WRC, the Labour Court and civil courts.
